How many parts are needed?

(example: Customer/Office/Workshop/Accountant).

Do all parts come out, or does one need to stay in the “pad”?

Size? A5 / A4 / A3? 

Single colour print, or add extra colours for presentation purposes?

Numbered?

Terms and Conditions to reverse?
