Delivery Notes

A good Delivery Note can be a valuable tool if there is any doubt over the details of a delivery. A 2-part, multipart (no carbon required) form can be A4 or A5 and can have spaces left for all the relevant delivery details to be filled in clearly and accurately, consecutively numbered where necessary to prevent any fraudulent use. Getting a signature on delivery can ensure any subsequent disputes are resolved quickly on production of the signed Delivery Note.

Can be produced in pads or in loose 2-part sets.
